Nature of our services
JetLux acts as an intermediary: we broker aircraft sales and acquisitions, arrange charter through third-party operators, and source parts. We are not an aircraft operator or an air carrier. Charter flights are operated by licensed third-party operators.
No offer or authority without a written agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or buy any specific aircraft, a quotation, or a representation that any particular aircraft is available. We act on behalf of a buyer or seller only under a separate, signed engagement that defines the scope of that authority. Information here is general and may change without notice.
Information and accuracy
We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Any aircraft details, availability or pricing are confirmed in writing on a per-transaction basis.
Brand clarity
JetLux Brokerage is operated by JetLux Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA) and is not affiliated with any similarly named entity in other jurisdictions.
Liability
